New lifestyle

I was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) as a teenager, about 10 years ago. Since then I have struggled to feel 'normal'. My weight fluctuates (currently high), body aches, headaches, congestion, wacky periods, digestive problems, and many more which would take too long to type. I prefer to take the natural route when fixing health problems and recently I was refered to an acupuncturist/herbalist to help with the extensive issues. Three times in and I already feel better.

In addition to this I'm following a digestive repair plan laid out in a book recommended for people with diabetes and PCOS. Its called the Schwarzbein Principle, The Program, developed by Dr. Diana Schwarzbein. The diet recommends going soy-, dairy-, and gluten-free for at least a month.
So far so good!

More to come, but I need to get back to my masters proposal!
